How Much Do You Charge?


All our quotes are personalised to your specific requirements and will vary depending on additional sets, early arrival, DJ sets, as well as any expenses where applicable. We can be really flexible and we always try our best to fit around your budget and requirements so please feel free to get in touch so we can talk more!




Where are you based?


We are based in Colchester, Essex as well as Hertfordshire.




Where is your next public gig?


Unfortunately, because we are so busy with private functions we seldom play live events but on occasion we do play the odd festival slot so make sure to keep your eyes peeled!




How far do you travel?


We are very happy to travel wherever is required for your event/special day! However we do charge for fuel costs to cover the expense of travelling for longer distances.




Can you provide a DJ?


Yes, absolutely! We offer a DJ service (run by a member of the band) that plays before and between our sets or until 1am with our upgrade package. We can also play a playlist of your choice provided you send us a playlist at least 1 month before the event.




What Kind Of Set Can We Expect At Our Event?


We like to change up our set to keep things fresh however you can most definitely expect the biggest and best soul/motown/pop bangers from artists such as The Supremes, Four Tops, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Earth, Wind & Fire, James Brown, Bruno Mars, Chic, Marvyn Gaye, and many more!




Can You Learn The First Dance At Our Wedding?


Unfortunately we don’t learn first dances as a band, however our singer Sam can perform it in solo acoustic style, for an additional fee.




Are You Loud? The Venue Has A Noise Limiter.


All of our instruments are sent through our PA system so the noise levels can controlled by a master volume control. We also use an electric drum kit which helps us bring our overall sound level to below 80 decibels. Do You Have Your Own Lighting?


Yes, we have an extensive array of professional grade lighting that is scalable for your venue and your requirements.




How Long Do You Normally Play For?


We usually play 2 x 1 hour sets of live music, this can be done as 3 x 40 minute sets as well depending on how you’d like the evening to run. Additional sets can be performed at the extra cost.




How Long Does It Take You To Set Up?


Ideally, we need 1.5 hours to set up and sound check so there is no undesirable feedback (horrible squealing noises). We can arrange our arrival time with you if there are any special requests.
